Onto business. This week was awesome. We had Dave Barton in from LA this past weekend. Super fun guy, and we have some very serious tattoo plans, so you'll need to keep an eye on that. And right now Shawn Hebrank is here from Minnesota. I used to work with Shawn while I was still apprenticing in CT, so it's awesome to get to see a good friend and superfly artist.

Another reason this week rules...I got to do a collaborative tattoo with Chloe Vanessa!!! Hot damn! We worked individually and silumtaneously on our incredble customer, Brian into the evening. It was great working with Chloe on this not only because she's an outstanding artist and one of my best friends, but also because I learned that if my (admittedly unruly) hair is violently sucked into her nasal cavity while we're tattooing basically head-to-head, she doesn't seem to mind all that much.

Those are the moments I cherish.

And in other fun news...The paisley bird tattoo I did a few weeks ago got a mention on TattooSnob.com! Hootenanny! There are definitely quite a few tattoo blogs out there, but I'm always impressed with TattooSnob, so it's exciting to be featured there.
